About Mya Diaz

I’m Mya Diaz  author, speaker, life coach, and most of all, a woman who knows what it’s like to cry out, “Hey God, it’s me again.”

I didn’t grow up with a picture-perfect story. I was born into chaos, raised through pain, and shaped by experiences that could’ve easily left me stuck in survival mode. But somewhere between the brokenness and the breakthrough, I discovered something deeper: grace, grit, and the unwavering faithfulness of God.

What began as raw, tear-stained prayers scribbled in a journal turned into the heart of my debut book, Hey God, It’s Me Again is a real, honest reflection of what it looks like to walk with God through life’s messiest moments.

Today, I help women who are tired of pretending they’re fine. As a life coach, mentor, and speaker, I walk alongside those who are healing from:

• Childhood Trauma
• Broken Relationships
• Spiritual Exhaustion
• Lost identity And Self-Worth

I don’t believe in faking strength. I believe in finding it in the quiet moments, the honest prayers, and the relentless love of God.

Whether I’m writing, coaching, or speaking, my mission is the same: to remind you that you are not too broken to be used, and never too lost to be found.

You’re not alone. You’re seen. You’re loved. And yes God is still listening.

A Book For Every Woman Who’s Tired of Hiding Her Pain

hey god, its me again

A Story Of Faith

“Hey God, It’s Me Again” isn’t just another Christian book it’s a cry from the depths. A raw, unfiltered lifeline for the woman who’s tired of pretending she’s fine. For the one who’s been showing up with a smile but secretly drowning in silence.

This debut from Mya Diaz was born in the dark, straight from the pages of her personal prayer journal. These aren’t polished prayers or perfect words. They’re honest confessions, desperate questions, and whispered hopes written in the middle of heartbreak, confusion, and healing.

If you’ve ever wondered, “God… are You still listening?” this book is your answer.

These pages don’t just encourage you they confront you, hold you, and walk you through the places you thought you had to survive alone. Mya’s voice is bold, anointed, and unapologetically real. The kind of truth that doesn’t just touch your heart it shakes your soul.

This is for the women who are done hiding. Done shrinking. Done pretending. This is for the ones who are ready to heal for real.
